I just want to send a little upbeat message about your staff. I was in yesterday for a cyst removal and the tech( MA, NURSE?) that assisted with Terri (PA) was GREAT! She talked me through the whole process of my procedure, from why she was sterilizing the area to when she was injecting the lidocaine. She is a great asset to your practice.  Being in my position, I see a great amount of staff every day and she is top notch. She is kind, caring and compassionate to her patients. I will continue being a patient in your office.
